We transformed Talent Hub’s homepage (Sydney’s Salesforce recruitment heroes) with a user-friendly makeover, boosting conversions and building a more cohesive brand identity. This case study dives into the magic formula for a website refresh that goes beyond the surface.

TalentHub’s existing website required a refresh to improve conversions while maintaining SEO and user experience. They had a pre-designed hero image they wanted to incorporate but were unsure about its mobile responsiveness and overall user experience impact.
Task
- Redesign TalentHub’s homepage to implement client’s vision, prioritise user experience and conversions.
- Optimise the layout for mobile responsiveness and fast loading times.
- Integrate the pre-designed hero image effectively while considering user experience best practices.
- Develop a style guide with a refined colour palette that aligns with Salesforce’s branding and TalentHub’s existing identity – this transformed from a basic website refresh request to a more holistic brand identity consultation.

Evaluation and feedback
We analysed the provided materials and offered detailed feedback, including advising against replicating a competitor’s website with poor user experience due to excessive graphics and animations.
Discovery and colour palette development
We reviewed SEO audits, analysed Salesforce’s branding and TalentHub’s existing color palette, and proposed refined color options that were unique yet aligned with Salesforce’s identity.
Hero image and layout optimisation
We focused on the homepage’s above-the-fold area, considering the pre-designed hero image and its optimal placement for mobile responsiveness. We also proposed a redesigned top navigation bar.
Wireframing and iteration
After client approval on the initial direction, we created a medium-fidelity wireframe with planned sections, modules, content placement, and inspirational references. Client feedback was incorporated to refine the wireframe.
Result
The project delivered a high-fidelity mockup ready for development in Figma, ensuring a user-friendly and mobile-responsive homepage experience.
Beyond the initial scope, our brand identity consultation provided Talent Hub with a more cohesive brand image through a refined colour palette, custom font suggestions, and brand-aligned imagery recommendations. This comprehensive approach not only improved the homepage but also laid the groundwork for a stronger overall brand identity for Talent Hub.
