We took on Jack’s project as he developed a distinctive concept for his wine-focused side business. He provided a clear brief, a description of his services and an initial logo created in Canva.
We carried out light research to establish a suitable visual direction, used AI to test early style ideas and then built the layout by customising the default WordPress Twenty Twenty-Five theme with bespoke colours, typography and styling. We also refined Jack’s Canva logo and produced an animated version for use on the site.
The request for a fully animated primary logo was unusual and required careful handling. Web browsers often render video colour differently from standard HTML/CSS elements, and the design relied on the animation sitting cleanly on the brand’s green background. We achieved a consistent result by converting the animation to an optimised GIF, a reliable format with excellent browser compatibility.
