- Managed by us. Set up, updated, secured and monitored, with support around the clock for urgent problems.
- No caps on sites, databases, PHP workers or team members.
- For developers. SSH, Git and a choice of PHP versions.
- Speed. Our CDN and page caching, with Redis and Elasticsearch where your site uses them.
- Security. A web application firewall, malware scanning, protection against attacks that flood a site, and two-factor sign-in.
- Email and SSL. Mailboxes on your domain, a free SSL certificate for every site and full DNS control.
- Backups and migration. Daily backups, and we move your site across for you.

What happens next
- You order. Pay at checkout as for anything else.
- We check and build. One of us looks over the order, then sets the server up, usually within ⟨confirm⟩.
- We move your site, test it and switch it over when you’re ready.

Questions and answers
Do I need a Cloud Server?
Usually not. Our hosting plans scale up when traffic spikes, and suit most business sites. A server of your own is for shops and applications that are busy all day, or that need software a shared plan doesn’t run.
Is it ready straight away?
No. One of us checks each order and sets the server up by hand, usually within ⟨confirm⟩. We’ll message you in your dashboard as soon as it’s ready.
Can I change the size later?
Yes. Move up a size without rebuilding the server. Raise a ticket and we’ll arrange it.
Can I host more than one site on it?
Yes. There’s no cap on sites, databases or team members.
Do I manage the server myself?
No. We set it up, keep it updated and watch it. You get SSH and Git access if you want it.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. A server billed monthly runs month to month. Cancel from your dashboard and we’ll help you move.
