Questions and answers
Do I need a hosting plan first?
Yes. An add-on changes a plan you already have with us. If you don’t have one yet, start with a plan.
How quickly is it added?
As soon as your payment goes through. You’ll see it on your plan in your dashboard.
Can I add more than one?
Yes. Add as many as you need, and mix storage, bandwidth and mailboxes.
Can I remove an add-on later?
Yes. Cancel it from your dashboard and it runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you’re still using the extra space by then, we’ll tell you what to clear first, and nothing is deleted. Cancelling an add-on
What if I need more than these?
Move up a plan, or to a Cloud Server for a site that has outgrown shared hosting. Ask us and we’ll recommend the smaller of the two.
