Without CarePlus, the same work is billed as you go at £59 per hour.

The saving only counts if you use the hours, so choose the plan that matches how often you need work done. If a smaller plan would do, we’ll say so.
How the hours work
Your hours cover any website work: updates, fixes, content and design changes, development and technical tasks. Urgent and one-off requests come out of the same hours. Unused hours roll over for one month. Anything beyond your plan is quoted before we start, at £59 per hour.
Included with Business Grow and Agency & Multisite Pro hosting
Buy or upgrade to one of these hosting plans and you get a fixed-term Website CarePlus package. It doesn’t renew.

One plan per website
Each plan covers one website. If your sites are small and easy to look after, one plan may cover more than one, and we’ll tell you when we’ve seen them. A site that is heavy or unstable may need more hours than its plan holds. If so, we’ll tell you before you commit.
When a site needs work before CarePlus starts
Sometimes a site needs fixing before it can be maintained month to month, for example when it has:
- an outdated WordPress version or major components
- unsupported or abandoned themes and plugins
- missing plugin licences
- an unstable structure or serious technical debt
- security or compatibility problems
We’ll tell you what needs doing and quote it first. CarePlus starts once it’s done.

- Choose a plan.
- Send us your requests. Raise a ticket from Support in your dashboard. On Standard and Advanced, email or WhatsApp works too.
- We take care of it. Updates, plugins, content changes, performance problems: we do the work and tell you when it’s done.
Questions and answers
How much does website maintenance cost?
From £29.99 per month with CarePlus Lite, which includes one hour of work a month. Standard is £59.99 and Advanced £149.99. Without a plan, work is billed at £59 per hour.
Is Website CarePlus included with hosting?
Not as a plan. Business Grow and Agency & Multisite Pro include a fixed-term CarePlus package to start you off. Every hosting plan covers the platform; CarePlus is the work on your site.
Do you look after sites you didn’t build?
Yes. We check the site first, and if it needs work before it can be maintained, we quote that separately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
What can I use my monthly hours for?
Any website work: content updates, layout fixes, plugin help, development, technical support and urgent requests. Unused hours roll over for one month.
How do I request work?
Raise a ticket from Support in your dashboard. On Standard and Advanced you can also email or message us on WhatsApp.
Is CarePlus only for WordPress?
No. WordPress is the usual fit, but CarePlus also covers other websites, apps, APIs and scripts we can practically maintain.
Not sure you’ll need much?
CarePlus suits you if you want regular changes, fixes or improvements, or don’t want to manage the site yourself. If you only need the occasional job, Lite or pay as you go at £59 per hour may suit you better. We’ll tell you honestly.
